Carved Walking Sticks

Carved walking sticks can be made from several different wood types and the handles can be carved out of wood, rams horn or black buffalo horn. Each stick is carefully produced, ensuring they are functional and well balanced.

With patience and skill, the end results are beautifully elegant carved walking sticks.

The price of a good carved horn stick will be between £100 to £200 depending on the quality and the detail in the carving. The wooden handled sticks will be less and range from £80 upwards. A stags horn thumb stick will be £40.

Stick	Description
	This is a stag horn mounted on a hazel shank. You can see that the horn is fashioned to a thumb stick and has rams horn points attached to the ends. An attractive and practicle stick.
	This is a black buffalo horn mounted on a hazel shank. The horn is crafted to a half nose out design which is attractive and practical.
	This is a wooden head mounted on a hazel shank. It is elm burr and has been crafted to a leg cleek design. You can also see that the mounting is at an angle to make it more attractive. This is a very fine stick and the elm burr gives a variety of colourings in this attractive design.
	This is a elm burr mounted on a hazel shank. It is crafted to a market stick design and is a very practicle and attractive stick.
	This is an elm burr mounted on a hazel shank. The head has been carved into a cone design. this has taken many hours of careful carving to achieve the result.
	This is an elm burr mounted on a blackthorn shank. The head has been carved into a horse’s hoof. It also has a rams horn shoe attached to give it the final touch. An attractive stick which is also very practical.
